| The Telekurs Group merged with, the SWX Group and the SIS Group at the start of 2008. The combined company has been operating under a new name since September 1, 2008, when SIX Group AG replaced the provisional version, Swiss Financial Market Services, which had been used to date. |

| Pilot Project for Contactless Payments by Mobile Phone and Credit Card |

| Credit Suisse, PostFinance, Swisscard, Swisscom, and Telekurs Multipay are working with Visa Europe on a pilot project to test contactless payments (Visa payWave) by mobile phone and credit card. The trial will test the technical and operational feasibility as well as the user-friendliness of the technology in order to assess the potential for adopting it in Switzerland. |
