In January, SWX Group, SIS Group and Telekurs Group announce their merger: Swiss Financial Market Services is born.
In August, Swiss Financial Market Services AG announces that in future it will operate under the name SIX Group AG. This umbrella brand stands for Swiss Infrastructure and Exchange.
In September, Telekurs Financial Ltd officially unveils its new name and logo, following the re-branding of its parent company, the SIX Group. From now on Telekurs Financial Information Ltd shall be called SIX Telekurs Ltd.

Acquisition of the financial information business of Fininfo, Paris.

The computer centres of SIS and Telekurs Group are merged.
2005
Price and securities administration data is now also supplied from the new data centre in Mumbai, India. Telekurs Financial offers a professional solution in conjunction with the EU Savings Tax Directive.

Telekurs (France) SAS is founded. Telekurs Financial launches the display product "Telekurs iD".
2002
The new corporate design coupled with the renaming of the group companies, highlights the brand "Telekurs". To put an emphasis on its international focus, the English translation of Telekurs Finanz, Telekurs Financial Information Ltd. (short: Telekurs Financial), is now the official company name.

Telekurs (Hong Kong) Ltd. is founded. Telekurs Finanz kicks off a project ultimately aimed at integrating all financial information services in one single, modular product. "Telekurs iD" will evolve from this project.
2000
Investvision is replaced by the standard products of Telekurs Finanz.
1999
Telekurs Finanz and Standard & Poor’s form an alliance aiming at reciprocally selling their financial information as well as at developing new products. For the first time, customers of the VDF service are able to retrieve valuation prices that can be used for automated processing. Finbase, the successor to the host terminal solution Finterm, is launched.

As of 1st January 1998, Telekurs Group has a new structure: Telekurs Holding AG, EUROPAY (Switzerland) SA, Payserv AG, Telekurs Finanzinformationen AG, Telekurs SIC AG. Telekurs Group acquires the majority share in the software company Rolotec AG, Biel, Switzerland. Finphone is launched.

On 1st January 1996, a holding company structure is set up comprising the following companies: Telekurs Holding AG, EUROPAY (Switzerland) SA, Payserv AG, Telekurs Finanzinformationen AG and Telekurs Logistik AG. Telekurs (France) S.à.r.l. is sold to FININFO SA in exchange of a minority participation. Telekurs MDFTM (Market Data Feed) is launched.

In a management buyout, the management of Telekurs (North America) Inc. takes over the company. Telekurs (USA) Inc. is newly founded. Telekurs (Italia) s.r.l. and Telekurs (Ceská Republika) a.s. are founded. Telekurs FINTERMTM is available.

First market successes for the financial information products Telekurs FIMSTM, Telekurs FINVESTTM and FIDMTM can be reported.

The Data Collection System (DCS) is introduced in Zurich, Frankfurt, London, New York and Singapore.

The new company building at Hardturmstrasse 201 in Zurich is officially opened. A new strategy for the financial information business is developed.

Telekurs AG launches a number of new services: Investvision, Historical Prices, Telekurs Digital Feed (TDF), Remote Batch Application (RBA) and a product for SOFFEX options. Telekurs (North America) Inc. takes over the "Trading Systems" field from Standard & Poor's in New York.

Telekurs (Japan) Ltd. and Telekurs (Singapore) Pte Ltd. are founded.

Telekurs (France) S.à.r.l., Telekurs (U.K.) Ltd., Telekurs (Nederland) BV and Telekurs (North America) Inc. are founded. In Luxemburg, an inter-connecting office is opened. The financial information system INDES is put into operation. The Swiss Performance Index (SPI) is introduced.

Telekurs (Deutschland) GmbH is founded. The ring information system is introduced at exchanges in Geneva and Basel. Zurich and Lausanne follow suit in 1987.

Investdata is launched, giving the financial community its first online financial information display. Telekurs takes over the administration of the valor number registry which was previously handled by the Swiss Bank Cooperation. Telekurs now is the official Swiss numbering agency.

The first computer centre starts operating at the new Telekurs headquarters at Hardstrasse in Zurich.

Telekurs sets up the stock exchange telex and the valuation price service.

Ticker AG is renamed Telekurs AG.
